We had 19 diners come along on Friday to watch Bernie demonstrate his Sweet & Sour Pork. Tables were positioned in an arc around the demonstration area to allow all to see. After watching & asking questions, diners sat down to the meal itself. This was followed by a summer pudding. It was a small but intimate gathering. Copies of the recipe were on each table for people to take away.
